How do I register?
All users must provide basic registration information to the ASSET administrator at your company or to your ASSETselling.com contact. Registration information includes your name, email address, phone number and other basic information.

How do I sign in once I’ve been registered?
ASSET will send a confirmation email to you after you’ve been registered. It will list your username and password. Click on the link provided in your confirmation email to access the ASSETselling.com log in page. Type in your username and password and click on submit. Remember, keep your username and password private so that no one can change your account information or log in as you!

What if I forget my username or my password, or both?
If you forgot your username or password, please email us at info@assetselling.com. Provide your name and phone number, and we will send you your username or password.

How do I change my registration information?
You will only be able to alter your password. Other ASSET registration information cannot be altered on your own.

2. Click on the Change Password button at the bottom of the page.
3. Enter your current and new password data.
4. Click the Change button to commit your password change.

If you use a dial-up connection to access your ASSET sales training course, it will be very difficult to view the speakers’ video presentations which make up a majority of the course content.

Can I access ASSET from different computers?
Yes – as long as it has internet access! Just remember you need your username and password to sign in and begin using ASSET.

Is ASSET compatible with Macintosh computers?
Yes. However, we strongly suggest that you use Apple’s Safari Browser and not Microsoft Internet Explorer as Microsoft no longer supports Internet Explorer on the Macintosh.

How do I change my personal information?
You will be unable to alter any of your information with the exception of your password. To alter your password, follow these steps.

How do I delete my ASSET account/profile?
If you no longer wish to subscribe to ASSET, we’d like to understand why. Please send an email to info@assetselling.com explaining briefly why you’d like to unsubscribe from ASSET, and we’ll remove you from the system. Alternatively, you can use this form.
